This is a large drawing, a preparation work before creating the two 5m high murals for Hobart Baptist Church. The brief for the murals was a work on Easter, so I focused on themes of purposeful sacrifice and struggle (left drawing), leading to hope, breakthrough and renewal (the right drawing).
The drawing is charcoal of paper, 52cm high by 42cm wide (almost A2 size), and signed down the bottom right.
